Most awesome eye appointment experience I have ever had and I have been seeing eye doctors for 40+ years. Very personable, friendly and helpful staff. Dr Williams is incredibly informative, professional and thorough. I am looking forward to my next visit! I'm glad I found this gem of a clinic in Parkland.

I had a great experience for my first visit! The doctor and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My last eye exam was at a different office years and years ago and I had a horrible experience that made me feel uneasy about going to the eye doctor- this completely changed that for me. The doctor answered all my questions, helped me figure out exactly what’s going on so that I am no longer clueless, and gave me so much great information. I was very comfortable the entire time, it was a fantastic appointment! I’ve already recommended this office to a couple people. I’m very excited to see how my daily life changes with my new glasses and the info I now have :)

Awesome experience! Staff was very personable, professional, and caring! We are so glad we chose this facility to care for our eyes. My kids loved the staff and the free ice cream they received afterwards. Can't wait for our next eye visit.

The staff seemed very friendly. Until it was time for them to try and get me to buy their expensive glasses. I was rushed out of the back room to the front and was never told that I actually needed glasses or what my prescription was. The guy working the glasses area kept fake laughing when I asked him about my prescription and then would only tell me that they will hand it to me when I leave. He did not measure my eye measurements like my PD which is very important to measure I found out later. When he realized I was not spending $300+ on the glasses they had he just told me to go get my prescription from the front desk. For how much I paid out of pocket to get an eye exam. They should have measured my PD for me and explained to me more about glasses. Ridiculous…
