I booked a 7-day stay and was assured housekeeping services every other day. Day 4 and I’ve resorted to leaving used towels and garbage bins in halls to receive some service. Today we got two rolls of toilet paper. No vacuuming, refreshing, bed making. As it’s a pet friendly hotel the dog smell is becoming unpleasant. Unfortunately, I can’t find another hotel due to local activities. One star is for room layout, bed, kitchenette and nice sized bath

Clean room, nice shower, comfortable beds. Very nice and helpful staff. James was wonderful! But this hotel had one of the worst breakfasts I've had at a Marriott. I'm hoping that is because of the shortages. I didn't like the area. Lots of traffic and confusing intersections.

Loved the room size. It was the same layout as my old high-rise apartment. I slept so well despite the hotel being close to a major road. The downfall is having to sign up to use the pool and the gym. Both times I used the gym the staff at the front desk were bothered/iritated that I would request to use the gym or distrubed them from what they were doing. One of them begrudgely walked me down the hall and let me in. The next attendant at the front desk named Andrea was completely bothered that I interuppted her cell phone usage to inquiry about using the gym. She told me to go wait and someone would let me in. Waited for over five minutes to use the under utilized poorly maintained gym and no one let me in. Walked to the front desk and asked Andrea if she would let me in. She was RUDE, COMBATIVE, and displayed poor customer service. Again, she had to stop playing on her cell phone to raise her voice at me to say that she already messaged someone to let me in the gym. Come on Marriott, that is no way to treat a customer. Never seen someone on their cell phone while working the front desk. There is nothing in the gym to clean the equipment with, one of the glider machines sounds like it is on its death bed, and they are missing weights. Hard to do a workout when you don't have a set of the same weight. Attention to detail is lacking here. Breakfast- had the fixing out for breakfast, but lacked the oatmeal that the fixing should accompany. Appreciate the bottled water though. Check out with Andrea was fine. She still was on her phone playing music and the likes but she made sure to apply my rewards number and provided me with the tax exempt form. Overall, I am not sure if I would stay here again. Slept great, but customer service and lack of attention to detail was meh at best. Looks like I will have to find an Embassy Suites or the likes in the area for my upcoming month long stay.

Well they charges me 161 for a dam deposit on room my company paid for and now a week later haven't seen a dime of it. RIDICULOUS!!!! So just know you been warned that they will take from you and like I said I haven't got it back and the shifty part was that was told no charge will be on your card its just for damages. And I promise you I left the room in same shape it was in when I walked in it. So just know your room turns into a real expensive room behind your back.

Yes on pets AND yes
They hotel definitely doesn't offer a babysitting service, but the front desk may have sitters they could refer you to if you call and ask. There were a lot of families staying there when we went.
It is 10pm but the staff at the time of our visit didn't come in and say anything b excuse we stayed a little later.
