Went into the bank today and gave the teller my card Need to dispute a transaction and get some quarters out of my bank I had given her my card and had my mask on because it is required mask mandate And this is the second time I was asked to remove my mask when getting a transaction done at the bank I don’t feel that I need to remove my mask and this is happened twice now

It goes off and on periodically. There is no way I can answer this question unless I go to the bank right now and check it. The best thing you can do is call the main number for .FCU and have them call the branch
