I would ask that nobody ever stays here. I work for a large company and the job I was at finished earlier than expected. I checked out 2 days early. Person at front desk took my keys and said it was too late and I would be checked out the next morning and the manager would have to provide me a receipt. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to check out early. I finally get my receipt a few days later and I was charge TWICE for the day I checked out. And they are so clever they went ahead and checked me out LATE the day I was originally supposed to check out, so conveniently 26 minutes after the check out time. This lead one ONE MORE charge for the day I was checked out late by the hotel. I have been given the run around by the hotel and I even called choice hotels directly and they have been giving me the same run around. My Company is not happy about this and they are preparing legal action. On my end I’m ready to call the police to get access to the cameras because I know what time I checked out. My money has literally been stolen by this hotel and the 1 star is only so I would be able to write my review. Please expect more from me because I will not stop until I get the extra charges back

I'm giving it 1 star because there was indeed a room with a bed. Just barely. We're not luxury hotel people but we walked out after seeing our room. Everything smelled like smoke. The bed was a saggy bag of old springs. Stained and peeling walls and carpets. NO!

The price point was reasonable, the room was clean although dated, it took forever to get warm. And it is way too big of a property to not leave the heat on in each room at least at 65 in the winter. Morning manager was downright creepy!

One star isn’t deserved. I walked into the hotel with my kids (3 & 1) and waited in the hotel lobby for someone to check in. We drove 3 hours so we were rest less. Someone finally came and they were sitting outside in their car the whole time. The smoke detector in the room was broken. I slipped in the tub and hurt my arm. When I called the front desk that night to complain NO ONE answered. The next morning i called again and no answer. It was so slippery and the bathroom just looked cheap. We stayed a couple of nights. The second day I was there I assumed they would clean the room. I was wrong. House keeping never came. We stepped out for hours so it’s not like they stopped in when we were there. When I came back Saturday night I was exhausted. My kids were as well. I called the front desk to complain and to my surprise they answered: they stated that room service should have cleaned. I have 2 kids in diapers you can imagine how much trash we had. I requested a new room and they did offer it to me. But we ended up not taking it because we had so many things with us. Like i said it was myself and two small children. Moving everything was inconvenient for us. I will never stay here again. Oh! And the Pool área….. was extremely cold!!!!! They had no heating system on. It was terrible. I don’t recommend this place
