Worst branch ever! No customer service, lady who "makes appointments" at the front is useless, I waited for a quite some time while she was starring at the computer's screen to let me know that there is no spot on Saturday!!!! She gives ANY excuse to make you leave the branch and doesn't want to do her job!!!!

Nobody answers when you call.What is the point to list a phone number? I went to the bank and waited forever.There is no line there.The representative was helping people who came after me.

Horrible. Only 4 people working in a busy kings hwy bank. Walked in at 3 pm to do a wire they told me to come back tomorrow or wait 1.5hr to get helped. Don't bank here. The service stinks. Chase did the wire in 20 minutes

If there was an option no star I would put no star. I have been twice and never got service. Unbelievable to see that such people works in a Bank of America. These people has no customer service knowledge. They don’t care about people. They they talk to people as if the bank is their house. Shame on bank to employ such people. Disgusting people. Only one person can do exchange of currency. I was waiting in a queue and the cashier saw me, but she left. I asked her colleague and I was told that she left for her lunch and would be back in 30 minutes. I went out and came back again in one hour and 30 minutes. Unfortunately the cashier was not returned from her lunch. It is a shame to see such people!
