I’ve never had anything but an excellent experience with this RAC. From the top manager to the guys driving the truck and everyone in between, I absolutely adore everyone who works there. Everyone has bent over backwards to make me a happy customer and it’s absolutely worked. If it were up to me, everyone who works there would be given a raise. I love these people like genuine friends. Highly recommend the Parkland store.

The people are awesome from day one they've been nice and I was out of work for about a month and was late with a couple of payments but as long as you talk to them and don't ignore them they will work with you like I said they are pretty awesome and I do recommend rent A center to all my friends and family.

The worst customer service experience ever. Don’t ever deal with these people. Very unprofessional in how they treat their customers. Also the folks who are monitoring these pages saying “contact us” They never called me back. It’s a default message.

I’ve never received terrible customer service like this. They will come take your stuff after a week if you haven’t paid. I tried to come up with a solution and they wanted it by end of week The service I received on the phone gives you the feeling like you’re a deadbeat for missing a payment. After the tone on the phone I felt that it was best they came and picked up their tv. I’ll never use this service again. I’m having a way better experience with Aaron’s.

Yes, we purchased a deep freezer and washer/dryer.
I always thought that I was getting service but I guest I was wrong so before you get anything from there make sure of who you deal with resently there one there that is disrespectful and after I take care of paying off them they will losing a customer that has been with them for years everything I own is from them but they have one person he knows who he is very disrespectful likes argue when all I asked him how much I need to catch my payments up all he had to do was simple instead of arguing with me. His customer service skills are lacking.
Call them. Let them know. And they can work with you. Don't just avoid them. That's when they take their stuff back. If you keep them informed they can help you out.
