This was an okay haircut. Just got a trim on my long hair. I didnt like the way she combed it out from the top down instead of the ends up, which anyone with long hair knows tangles it badly. Then I asked for a style. She gave me options to braid, blow out or curl. I wanted the curl. Her shoulders sagged and i could tell she didnt want to do it. She suggested again the braiding and pushed the idea until I agreed. I said I wanted a loose full bodied braid. Eventually after 3 attempts i acepted what I got, a simple frech braid with no fullness. Then when I went to pay it was an additional $55!!! for a simple braid. I didnt say anything as I had to go and pick my son up from the hospital so had bigger fish to fry and didnt want to stress myself outwith an argument at a hair salon. They say you get what you pay for, that day I paid for more than I got.

Got a spiral perm and was surprisingly please with the results. I was apprehensive to go there as I have had a bad experience in the past at a different location but gave it a shot. My stylist was fantastic. She did a great job and was super fast. Wish I could remember her name.

Called ahead and there was no wait, which was nice. Was greeted by Vanessa who looked me up in the system, but couldn't find me. Was not pushy about getting my address, which causes me to never go somewhere again. Was also greeted with a nice welcome packet and coupon. Vanessa gave me a great haircut, which was prompt and to the point. Vanessa also provided good conversation and has excellent social skills 👍. Will definitely be back, especially after hearing that this chain is privately managed by a family! Did an excellent job on the back of my neck and even trimmed down past my shirt, which as a hairy man I appreciate! Vanessa asked for permission first because it is a sensitive area and not everyone is comfortable with that. 10/10 would recommend!

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
