The lady was friendly, but I feel she completely rushed my hair. She didn't cut off the dead ends like I asked,. I have the side of my head shaved, she went over it so quickly that she left so many uneven patches. Just unprofessional work. Was honestly only about 7 mins, including the wash. Ridiculous. I won't come again. Was the older Asian lady.

Call ahead and told her that I had an appointment for 4:45 but my sitter for my dog who has separation anxiety was not available and asked if I could bring my dog with him being a small dog I thought it would be no problem. She said it was fine however when I show up for my appointment the mean Asian lady who was very rude asked me to have my dog wait outside in the freezing cold while I got my haircut. I left extremely disappointed without getting my haircut.

Last time I went in they got the cut and everything perfect. But after they deep conditioned my hair, they didn’t even dry my hair off with a towel. They said if I wanted my hair to be dry I’d have to pay 10 dollars extra. I ended up leaving the salon with dripping wet hair in really cold weather.
