Hi, I just moved here and motorbikes from Seattle to Bellingham. Some of my screws went missing due to vibration and i was at a risk of losing my sissy bar. I went to this store and Austin and another helper(forgot his name) helped me end to end. They found the right allen key, bolts, bolt threading stuff, and helped me put it on my motorbike so I can safely go home. Please thank Austin and promote him for helping a customer without a hesitation. He's a knowledgeable worker and is a valuable employee to any company And yes I bought all the tools they used on my bike.

Horrible! The moment I walked into the store I was followed and asked a dozen times if I needed help finding something. Keep in mind I was in the store with my young daughter and I am not a thief!! When I wanted to use a member coupons, I was told that I would not be allowed to use two coupons at the same time. I said I would be happy to do two transactions if that would be easier. I was denied to use two coupons and I was told the owner didn't like losing money. Really? Well, I will never shop here again. One I was treated like a thief, and two I was not able to use my member coupons.

Love this place. A bit crowded but they have everything you could want. All the hardware you might need plus gifts, knick knacks, garden supplies, candy, kitchen supplies and more. If they don't have it they will try to get it for you. Great friendly service. I love to browse. You never know what treasure you might find in the aisles.
