Horrible customer service, bought a fridge that constantly had the same issue, had multiple repair men out to try and fix them problem . Well the issue still is not fixed and the warranty expired 2 months ago. Their answer was well sorry we can’t help you since your warranty is up. So heads up that they never really solve the problem they just put a band aid on it until the warranty ends.

Don't know yet about the refrigerator as it's only been for an hour but I have to compliment Ryan and Robert who delivered and installed for us. They were prompt, polite, efficient and very pleasant. Made the change-out process effortless! They are great advertisements for Judd and Black! Judd and Black are one of the only appliance dealers who come to Lummi Island. Thanks for that!

We were in dire need of a replacement washer on a Sat. afternoon recently (4/2/2022). We arrived @ 1/4 hr to closing. Found exactly what we needed & the guys loaded it onto our small trailer PDQ (I'm sure they were ready to get out). Excellent customer service! And we'll see moving Fwd how service & LTR goes.
