5 star experience all around! From start to finish, every person I came in contact with was on top of their communication and knowledge of the product, process, etc. We are SO happy with how our counters turned out. Highly recommend!

I do NOT recommend Keystone Granite at all. I guess for straight forward counter tops maybe but NOT for any custom work! I had a backsplash done by them and it was a fiasco! When I talked with Sue-the office manager- she and some other girl in the office were very disrespectful and condescending. They both have horrible attitudes. I was told by the 1st crew that showed up that they had never installed my type of custom installation. Then they found the wrong material was cut so we had to reschedule which meant I had to reschedule my plumber. Not an easy task. Then I called the office to discuss how the crew stated they had never installed my custom installation before and the woman I talked to also led me to believe the same thing. Adding how horrible it was for them as they had to basically throw away all the material cut.....like this had anything to do with me. The next week I talked to Sue and some other woman as I could tell Sue put me on speaker phone so they both could laugh about the whole thing. Then a second crew came with the correct material. Thanks to Fernando, who is the only person associated with this business who knew what he was doing was able to do most of the installation. At the end of the day he figured out 1 piece was not cut correctly. So again, I had to reschedule my plumber. Each time I had to pay my plumber but did Sue care? Of course not. Didn't return any of my calls or respond to my email. Great customer service don't you think? If you can use any other company I would suggest you do.

I rarely write reviews, but I feel that the reviews on Google for this company are not a good representation of my experience. 1. Keystone has the lowest prices in Oregon, and they don't downplay quality. We went to Keystone, sent over and outline of our kitchen. They gave us a quote for the product (quartz) we chose. We paid a 50% deposit and they scheduled the template to come out 1 week later. He came (cant remember his name) did a great job very professional. 2 Weeks later we had our counters installed. Fernando did the job with his team, and it turned out great. Would use and recommend them over and over. People with negative reviews about the time it took, clearly don't have an understand of this industry and a 2 week turn-around time is rather fast.
