I would give them a -10 if I could, at the drive thru trying to order I asked for no cheese on one of the meals, they put cheese receipt says no cheese. On the screen I didn't see the burrito we ordered, so my husband asked at the window if it was on there and the girl at the drive thru window said "I don't know I didn't take your order." With no customer service at all so rude so I said can you ask someone then, its the worst should avoid them. doesn't anybody have customer service anymore.

They made the taco bell food amazing and the people here are very sweet and nice. And was a good location.

First- I asked for a lot of mild and hot sauce. They responded with 2 of each is a lot. I ordered chips and cheese, with a side of extra cheese. They gave me a side of shredded cheese... With a bunch of lettuce mixed in! Why?! There should have been no need for extra reiterating with the way I ordered. 🤦‍♀️ There is something so wrong with this world today.

To the ladies who were short staffed today, you killed it! Absolutely amazing! Super patient and everything was spot on! I’m pregnant so I have to change a couple of things due to inability to eat certain types of things without getting sick. I appreciate the entire crew working about eleven am
