Beautiful place to go for looking at a large variety of trees. Handicapped accessible paths. Pavilions to sit in for shady quiet moments, though I don't think any of them are easily accessed for persons with mobility issues. It's not a sprawling place with acreage, but they maximize their space with lots of paths weaving around the garden. There are places to sit, some in shade, and it's easy to socially distance or find a quiet place to just sit and take in the nature. Parking is limited, but there are handicapped spaces available. The entrance is not clearly marked and can be confusing, but it is the pathway closest to the street. I think they may have an indoor museum or gift store, but I'm not entirely sure since it was closed when I arrived. If you're looking for something that doesn't take a lot of time, this is a good choice. You can walk this at a leisurely pace and be out in less than an hour, or you can take your time and stay an entire afternoon just sitting and taking in fresh air and beautiful scenery.

Wonderful walking paths and shaded areas, beautiful garden. Fun to see fish in the ponds, listen to little waterfall and nearby creek. Free parking.

The garden is nice and cozy but pretty small. There's a Koi pond with a few fish swimming in it. On both sides of the garden there are streams of water. I only saw 1 bench for sitting. There boulders here and there if one wants to sit. I went there on a weekday during July 4th holiday and it was a little bit crowded. I guess it could be pretty crowded on a weekend.

Beautiful place to visit amidst the city. Small trails around with serene spots in between to sit and relax. The park is maintained well and free for public to visit. Found plenty of parking on a week day. There were some koi fish in the ponds. Great location to take prom photos as well if you are looking for something in the city. It’s a family friendly place. Definitely recommend to visit.

All free unless you want to rent the community center there. If your just walking through to walk the garden then its free, calming and very nice. Highly reccomend
No food or beverages are allowed. Sorry
Yes
I just went there and lots of graduated take some photoshoot there.
Perhaps you should call to find out. If the wedding is very very small I'm sure it's possible. If not. Oakland Japanese garden is another option.
Is free to just visit
I don't remember seeing a sign, but all paths are fairly flat. I don't think there would be an issue for a wheelchair to go around.
I've been there while it's raining. It's pretty nice. I don't think they close
I doubt it. You can check with HARD to be sure.
Just decorative
There are places to sit but no tables.
8:30am - 4pm, every day. They lock the gate so you cannot get in after hours.
I'm not sure that you can get married there but I see lots of people getting their wedding photos done there in a very beautiful setting.
