The food is fine but I hate how pushy the ordering kiosk and the signs in the window are in trying to get me to use their app. I don't want an app for every place I eat at, stop trying to persuade me

Went to this McDonald's to order my autistic son a happy meal and use my rewards points to get it free. Not only did they still charge me but they used 2 codes from my points but I only got 1 happy meal. They were rude and kept arguing. The only one who was helpful was they're employee Diego. He even told them to just comp it and they didn't they kept arguing with me and trying to charge me. On Top of that they didn't process my refund correctly so I was still charged. They disrespected 2 other customers while I was there as if they do it all the time. So ridiculous, I work in the food industry and a long time ago (almost 10 years now) I worked for McDonald's so I do have respect for what they do but the attitudes and unhelpfulness was not what we are trained to do in this industry. I don't know if today all the managers were just having a bad day but their actions towards me and the other 2 customers was unacceptable

04/29/2022 The evening shift manager, Minerva, needs to re-read a training handbook on the qualities that an "actual" manager/supervisor needs to have. I don't know who promoted her to the role of a manager, but she definitely showed in her behavior towards me that it was an egregious mistake. Instead of even pretending to be apologetic, she would have continued to argue with me if I did not stop to tell her that I just wanted my refund. I remained calm and told her that she could have atleast apologized for the order error, but not once did she apologize. On the way out, I as a customer still thanked her for the refund. McDonald's, please re-evaluate the manager here for lack of professionalism and friendly behavior!

The appearance of the restaurant has improved tremendously after a remodel. Food is the same as any other McDonald's. It gets delivered to your table if you use the kiosk to order. However our experience was dampened by a worker who made mocking sounds of my brother talking in Chinese. This was a blond heavy set Hispanic woman who did it. Parking alert: limited spaces and awkward parking lot.
