So they got my order wrong and when I asked the server to double check she said "Oh they heard you and fixed it" but they did not. And it was in the drive up with lots of cars behind us so we left. And they put ranch dressing on my cluck sandwich and I didn't ask them to change from the good Google sauce to ranch, the nerve 😤

When you order a southwest salad, you would think it comes with everything including the dressing and topping. However, seems like whole did my two today didn't give a single care to include the toppings at all. 5/16 - so I thought management would have fixed the issue, but I was wrong. Clearly you can see they still giving salads without anything else. Like what am I supposed to do with this. Also now they over charging you. If they are going to overcharge you, shouldn't your order be complete and correct?

It's a fast food chain and workers don't get paid a lot. I get that. Still that all is visible. There was dirt on the floor at the entrance. I was there already fifteen minutes after the food should have been ready for pickup. Unfortunately, the order has not even been started....We're so sorry we couldn't make your visit easier, Erdmann.
