Consistent bad service! Outright lie about trying to deliver my packages. Was literally standing in my driveway walking my dog when I got a notice that they "Tried to deliver my package". I'd be irritable if it was just once....but 6 times in a row!?! Its a standing joke in the community that if you want your mail you need to have it delivered to a PO Box in Battleground. Poorly managed and poor/dishonest business practices.

I just wanted to give Rachel (the New Manager), a Congratulations on Managing her Staff, and Starting to turn the Daily Tasks/Duties of the Postal Staff there currently, to complete/perform the Daily Sorting/Box filling/etc., in a more Efficient/Timely manner! I’ve Noticed my Orders/Packages, have not only been On-Time, but in some instances, in my PO Box, earlier than expected! You’re doing a Great Job Rachel! Please continue the very Fine Job, that you are doing there, with your Staff! Please continue to Lead your Team, to be the Best that they can be! I know you can do it!

I have been trying to call this post office for 2 days and have called over 2 dozen times. No one answers the phone! We've had some weather in the area so as expected mail has not been delivered in over a week. However the roads have been more than drivable the last 2 days and we still have yet to see our mail. I'm waiting on my husbands meds and some very important mail and am trying to see if the mail will be delivered and when. If not I will go down and get it myself! After reading other reviews I see this is a regular thing with them not to answer their phones. Super frustrating!

The ph# for the LaCenter post office just rings no operator like it says its transferring you to then after so many rings it just hangs up on you. Packages don't get delivered when the tracking says they tried but you clearly were home and they still didn't deliver. A week later and the package still has not been delivered- this is probably the worst post office!

They must be hella backed up
Yes, you need an appointment. La Center no longer does passports though so you have to go to the Battle Ground post office or elsewhere.
