Dr. Rice was professional and caring throughout the visit. I was treated as a patient while also being a known employee. I appreciated that she did not assumed I knew how the visit was going to go or what to do for the test. She explained throughout the testing so that I knew what was happening. Her care brought me comfort during and after the test. It's nice to have first hand knowledge on how exceptional Dr. Angela Rice is as a provider as a patient's perspective. I always recommend our providers and Kaiser Permanente to others and now can personally recommend Dr. Angela Rice.

My husband and I switched insurances so "had" to switch eye care. I was a bit anxious but was pleasantly surprised. Dr. Gunn and his team was not professional, friendly and thorough. We felt comfortable as soon as we entered and left with more information about my eyes and how to care for them better.

Great in and out experience. Was very detailed in explaining what was wrong with my eye. And answered all my questions on how to hot decompress my eye lid. Also reassured me I should be fine as long as I stick to the plan given by my doctor. Also I saw this doctor last time I was here and he is a great guy! Very good personnel the technician reassured me as well and everything was very time oriented. Was in and out decently quick while filling it with all the important tests and information on how to get my eyelid better. Highly recommend anyone with eye problems to go here for best customer service and advice.
