Horridly understaffed. "Open" sign is on all night; very confusing. Opened 15 minutes late following morning. Employee was the only good part and only reason i didn't rate a 1 star; pay your staff better for retention and stop lean-staffing your workers to death. The wait was ridiculous and the one employee was stretched thin attempting to get through the line.

Came to ship and package and make copies. It’s very busy with only one employee. I stand in line for 10 mins and the employee takes my package and when I ask for copies he asks me to wait until he “clears the line”. This place is very busy and I’ve been standing here waiting for the line to be cleared for 30 mins. In the meantime he could have printed my copies as requested and I could have been out of here. Completely unacceptable.

The staff here is always so kind and courteous. Definitely something I look forward to doing when I'm on my way to drop off/ship packages. I highly recommend this place for any future shipments or prints you may have! This staff always makes you feel important and always get the jobs done to my liking. Most importantly they all have a professional and patient attitude. Well done you four!

You would not believe my experience.. I created a print order for some playing cards where they needed to be specifically executed. When I got there only one page was printed, for .. whatever reason.. So, I say let's get the rest printed out. The lady tells me she will only print them out single sided and that it was the order, refusing to make any changes to get the product correct. (the order was right for the record) and after all this, this woman tries to push me into paying for her half baked services and incorrect prints, as if it's my responsibility to pay for her mistakes. I would not recommend this store to anyone. For important business events and business prints DO NOT go here. You could lose your job if these people 'have your back'.
