We have stayed at Grant street Inn many times over 20+ years. The inn is extremely clean, beds are comfortable and staff is extremely friendly. We stayed 3 nights. Our room had no separate thermostat. First night the thermostat was set on 75 and I called down at 11:30 pm and they lowered to 68. The next night I called at 1:30 am as the ac was off. The 3rd night was finally acceptable. The first night I tried to change rooms and the night after to no success. When we checked out the same room had been vacant on our floor with an individual thermostat. We had to ask housekeeping for tissues and there were no towel replacements nor offers to replace for 3 nights. The food was great. Ruthy and David provided excellent service and very attentive. Great selection of breakfast options. We went to breakfast within the first hour of opening and the egg options/quiche were cold every day. I hate to mention this as breakfast staff was so vey attentive and more than made up for this with options and service. The cookies everyday were delicious…coconut pecan, chocolate chip, and white chocolate chip. Given the excellent service by breakfast crew, I was surprised that no one inquired about how our stay was given our challenges with our room and AC. I hate to give a 4 but the room situation was challenging. We love the Grant Street Inn and highly recommend!!😃

Such a cute place with great staff. Special mention to the lady who serves breakfast. I wish I got her name to give her proper praise but she was great. Her interactions with every guest was warm and friendly, even ones like me who had no clue what they actually wanted. Don't forget to pass by the lobby in the afternoon for yummy cookies.

Absolutely fell in love with this place! Room was clean, beautiful and well stocked. Breakfast is in a beautiful setting, well stocked, and im definitely coming back.
