Decent hotel but doesnt seem as though the rooms are cleaned very well. Our room smelled from the people before us and they had a sticker on the mirror stating it was cleaned with lysol but there is no way that is correct. Just can see the layers of dirt and dust on all of the fixtures. Better housekeeping would make it a 4.5

Extremely pleased with the hospitality at the Homewood Suites. They were able to accommodate our party in the reception area during a very busy IU graduation weekend. Our guests felt welcome and many noted how clean and inviting the area was. As a Hilton Diamond member I highly recommend staying at this property, even though it is farther away from campus the accommodations more than make up for it. Also despite being near I-69 I did not feel that road noise was a problem when sleeping. Kudos to Melissa and her staff.

I am excited to be able to write this review because it is so very deserving. The best thing about out quick stay was undoubtedly the service. The woman who was working at the front desk (regrettably, I forget her name) went so above and beyond for us. She was accommodating and helpful during our stay and went above and beyond when we swung back by on our way out to find my daughters beloved stuffed bear. She even walked me back into our room and we found it together in the sheets. I then had to call the hotel upon realizing that one of my AirPods fell out in our bed. The same kind woman said that if they found it they would mail it! I didn’t have my hopes up but they did find it, and she did mail it! People really do make such a difference. Customer service was simply excellent.

Quiet commercial area. Highway is nearby but I never heard it. The bed and pillows were very comfortable they have 2 soft pillows and 2 hard pillows to choose from. The carpet and floors are very clean throughout the hotel. One of the cleanest Homewood stays I've had in a very long time. As a business traveler I'm in-and-out of hotels but this one stood out is very nice and clean. Breakfast Area was well stocked with all the Condiment to support the main dishes. Armani at the front desk was so friendly, he referred to me by last name and actually thanked me for stating. Very impressive stay!
