We found a paper lable in our mashed potatoes. Everyone was friendly so plus for that. It was not as clean as it could have been. The bathroom was not in good functioning order. They did take a while making the food and it was not that busy. They don't seem well organized.

Nice friendly attentive staff. 3 stars only for the food which was very greasy. Nice thing is long johns and kentucky fried chicken are the same place so many varieties of foid. Plenty of parking moderate prices

I drove 31 miles to eat at this Long John Silvers and was so disappointed. I ordered the chicken and wow it was barely even one strip of chicken. The chicken could not have been even two ounces of meat. My friend ordered the variety meal and it was awful the taste was gross, all the meat was over cooked. The worst thing, they had no condiments! No ketchup, cocktail sauce, tartar, when I asked the manager for them he said it was not his problem. If we had known there were not condiments we would have not bought our meals. We did not eat the food, we left it on the table and walked out. I would never go back there or recommend it to anyone. What a huge disappointment from food, service and manager's attitude.

This place is a joke. I drove an hour and ordered 2 family meals....an hour later we still didn't have our food. The employees were laughing and joking in the back. There was a employee eating in the back where they should be making food. Then when my food was ready an hour and ten minutes later they gave to to someone else... I love Long John's but this place is awful! If I could give it negative stars I would. Don't waste your time going to this place. I would be embarrassed to say I own this place
