was completely unhelpful, wouldn't rent to me on an insurance claim because I have an online bank card not a "regular bank". wouldn't take my girlfriends card either. I explained on the phone what type of card I had and was told no issue before I walked 2 miles to the location to pick up the card ... would never recommend this place

They were excellent! The assistant manager was very busy, but when I showed up 15 minutes early, he attended to me first and proceeded to get my car ready! I was very impressed and would highly recommend Enterprise to anyone!

We typically go with Enterprise every time that we need to run a car because they are in the area unlike other Rent-A-Car places. Both times that we've rented from Enterprise we've had a good experience. This time when we arrive the car we are supposed to get had a funky odor in it due to old cigarette smoke. My husband asked for another option for car was given one that we would have to pay to upgrade but then another car pulled in and we were able to take that went after it was cleaned. We had a great week with it and staff were hopeful was any questions that we had. Returning it was super easy had no issues definitely recommend Enterprise.
