I don’t usually have a problem with this location but today I did. I went through the drive through, and I was asked to pull ahead while my food was cooked. They brought out the wrong order twice. I was there probably half an hour just waiting. When it finally arrived, my food was hot and delicious. And I will continue to go there. But since this has happened twice previously I will make sure to check my order before I leave!

bunch of screw ups. after placing order from drive thru, had to wait 15 - 20 minutes to get order. guy at window dropped my change on ground. once I got home, I found out the order was wrong and not prepared right. not Nashville hot, biscuit and fries were cold. I didn't return them because I live 15 miles away. they need to check their orders before turning them over to customers.

Came to order 2 12 piece and they only had one and was not trying to make the second. Now my family rarely come here and when we do we get what we want. And the attitude I was receiving because I would not settle for original is ridiculous. 77 dollars for chicken I should be able to get what I want. I even told them have no problem waiting. Well with a long gasp they say we'll it's gonna be 25 min. We'll okay make the chicken. I own a business and would never talk to a customer that way even if I'm tired had a long day or whatever. This world is gone

Nasty looking shrimp. Saying they changed the oil but these definitely don’t look like they came out of new oil…Also doesn’t give you replacement for if you don’t go back that night… I’ve been sick with Covid and was looking forward to my shrimp… I will never return to a restaurant that doesn’t appreciate its customers… I will stick with where I work as I know we replace people food even days after they were at our restaurant…

Ok, the prices is set by corporate. Telling the public false truths are not fair. Unless you know for sure what the policies are then DON'T answer. Btw, we are owned by a company that has over 800 stores.
