Worst experience ever. Lived in this property literally FOUR YEARS ago, paid all the utilities before moving out, and all of a sudden received a credit report indicating a large amount of balance due which didn’t even add up to any of the utility bill at that time, and we didn’t receive any type of email communication back at that time. Contacted the property and they didn’t even want to help look into the issue, saying it’s all on our own, and couldn’t check any system records saying it’s not their responsibility. And if we don’t pay for the balance which we didn’t even owe, the credit score will go lower dramatically. UNBELIEVABLE. Same thing happened to my friends - never leave a google review before but this is just UNACCEPTABLE.

The Regional Property Manager, Kelli Cruze, is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the community and industry. This girl deserves a raise and/or promotion! She was willing to spend the time to work with me and answer all of my questions.

Not recommended at all. As a student at U of R, I lived in EP Apartments for two years. After moving out for a year, I found a $550 collection on my credit report, and it prevents me from apply for other appointment. Please just stay away from this apartment. So disappointed. I am contacting people from EP and will keep posted.

Internet options are great. Other than that this place is difficult to recommend. It's expensive and was built as cheaply as possible. Thin walls, thin floors, rowdy partying neighbors. Had a person throw a pumpkin through the maintenance man's brand new car window and one of the buildings had a sewage leak in the walls where they had to reno several apartments. Gym equipment always broken because tenants abuse it. Charge way too much for what it is.
