I submitted 2 maintenance requests - leaky garbage disposal and my barbeque grill had tipped over in the high winds. I am a senior and was not able to pick it up myself. In the course of the conversation with the gentlemen I mentioned I had seen my grill cover flying through the air and out of sight during the wind storm. The garbage disposal has been replaced and the grill up-righted. When I looked out I also noticed that the grill cover was once again covering the grill. Both of these gentlemen go out of their way to go above and beyond what's required. Many thanks and a big shout out to both of them!!!

Westview Commons is great place to live. It’s a very quiet neighborhood. The maintenance team is quite responsive and very nice. Also, I believe Westview Commons have good and competitive rates. I really wish they had a bigger gym with better equipment. Compare to other apartment complex, their apartments are spacious.

It’s strange that I see negative reviews about maintenance and the office staff. I have had nothing but very positive experiences. Even when I had issues with people parking in front of my garage they were warm and helpful no matter how much I complained. Wilma is truly a saint when it comes to dealing with issues. She always keeps me updated and works hard to solve issues. I love the guys who do maintenance they always are considerate that I work nights and come after 1pm and fix everything the day after I submit a request. I had a very negative experience at another Morgan Property and when I moved here (you can transfer without paying deposits etc over) I was so relieved that the management here was so sweet. They have a gym with 24 hr access and plenty of equipment, keep the sidewalks and parking lot clear in winter and a nice pool. All the apartments have individual access and have a patio or porch. Only downside I noticed was depending on your building you may have to load trash into your car and drive it to the dumpsters and there are no pet waste disposal areas. It’s the best place I’ve lived in my 14 years of renting. Highly recommend it.

Love it here! The ladies at the office are very tentative and friendly; and maintenance is always available, prompt, and efficient in their work! The pool is great during the summer, the fitness center is phenomenal, and the community room is great to host events. Love having a private entrance and not hearing any neighbors, very peaceful environment.
