I come here pretty regularly and the customer service is top notch! I went a couple of days ago and this kid, I usually see him around wearing a green hoodie, gives some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen in a McDonald’s! He took my order at the speaker, and was at the first window. Speedy order-taking and even faster when charging me, all with super friendly customer service. When I pull up to the second window, the person there usually just hands me my food and doesn’t say anything, but it’s fine. Food was hot, fries were filled, and my drink was iced. I come here and enjoy this McDonalds consistently, might as well let other people know what a treasure it is! Customer service really makes a difference when you’re going out to eat, and the one at this McDonalds definitely makes me want to return.

Ordering was fast even with two persons ahead of me. Food was fresh and hot. I liked that unlike other McDonald's, this McDonald's put a nicer serving of tartar sauce on my filet of fish sandwich. Team members looked to work well and organized together and they were smiles and friendly. The restaurant guest areas and women's restroom were very clean. Enjoyed my visit.

I went thru the drive thru at 3:28pm and the lady taking my order was just the rudest little thing. If you don't like your job don't work there. I almost drove off without my order because of her attitude. So ghetto my girl

This McDonald's drive is thru is probably better at customer service than the el sobrante McDonald's. El sobrante just sucks in general drive thru and staff they act like they don't want to work. My experience at the hilltop McDonald's was good fast and the cashier and the person delivering my food were both friendly. Actually this McDonald's has 2drive thru's and that is a good thing. I will shop at this one from now on
