I started going to Spin Cycle when they first opened. It was a nice laundry mat to wash at. I observed over the years that this place has a lot of problems. I've seen 4 employee turnovers. I see the latest person has an attitude. I asked her for the code to the restroom and she looks at me funny then she walks away and unlocks the restroom without giving the code. I stepped away for a few minutes and she removed my clothes from the washer but when people of her own race leave their clothes in for over an hour, she won't touch them. I confront her and she pretend like she don't understand. The washers and dryers stay broke more than I do. The roof leaks when it rains causing you to get wet. For 2 weeks now, they close before 8 pm but they have their hours of operation as 10 pm close time. Not sure if they changed their hours of operation or the employee is just lazy and trying to shut down early.

I would give negative stars if I can one of the lady staff is extremely rude…. My washers were not dispensing soap so went to her and she replied that’s not her problem machines were working just fine before I arrive… I had to re-wash it in …

My washers were not dispensing soap so went to her and she replied that’s not her problem machines were working just fine before I arrive… I had to re-wash it in different washer. Total waste of money and my time… I would have been ok if she had just replied back politely but instead of listening to the issue she simply said that’s not her problem and she is not the owner. Extremely rude staff…
