Great resource for the Richmond community. In the last year or so this part of Richmond has improved. We should embrace the memorial hall as it has kept folks happy to visit.

We rented this hall twice. Once for my father's 60th and our tradition wedding. The location was great for both events since we live near by. The issues we had was getting our deposit back. He claimed that we scratch up the floors and whatnot. Which I know we didn't do. We left everything as how we first saw it. Art also claimed that we didn't put the chairs back. Again which we did. He pretty much blame us for things we didn't do to keep the deposit. So don't expect to get your deposit back if you going to rent this location. Oh yea, just be warned. Both men and women bathroom is waaay below standard.
