Folks who like this store haven’t shopped stellar chains! Their computer system is the pits if you want to take advantage of their coupons. And when the checkout system fails you in granting the coupons you’ve signed up for, good luck getting that corrected, even if you note the problem while still in the store. They “can’t” do it locally, they tell you to call the corporate customer service line, which was a reallllly long undertaking. And then, though it was a fresh transaction, I.e. all coupons still current, they made me read all the info on my ticket for them to transcribe, couldn’t simply pull it up, AND tell them what coupons I had thought I was redeeming and for how much. After all that, they were not empowered to refund me, had to send it to management, with no idea when a fix may occur. My coupons were worth $22+ or I wouldn’t have hung in there. Now I’m all the more determined. But I won’t go through this again.
