This has become the worst McDonald's. The last two times I used the app for curbside pickup, I had to go inside after waiting 15+ minutes for food. Then, something is always wrong and the employees don't seem to understand when I point out the problems. This past time we were missing the sauce we ordered, then before that the fries were not even half full, then before that the ice coffee was as light as a polar bear's behind when it was supposed to have only one milk... It seems like the current batch of employees need some additional training, especially as it relates to customer service. Maybe in this day and age, we should all just be happy there are people willing to work, even if they don't know how? You might ask - why keep coming if it's so bad? IDK...

Not a fan of this McDonald's as it falls under the heading of only use the Drive thru. Indoor dining in emergencies.

Have things changed at McDonald's? No. They're still run by incompetent corporate management and are hamstrung by greed. The lobby is currently closed due to "staffing issues". The real reason the lobby is closed is because of a sign out front. "NOW HIRING, UP TO $14/HR". The fact that they aren't paying a livable wage in an expensive town is why their lobby is closed. I don't normally post negative reviews. I just don't say anything. I give this McDonalds one star because it smells like bad coffee and sadness.

Went through drive through. For met with attitude by Male employee bringing out food because we apparently pulled up too far for their liking... when I spoke to a "manager" got told I had the attitude. . Cool... can't even fulfill an order properly and yet the customer is to blame.
