Endless patience answering our endless questions clearly and completely. We looked elsewhere. Mattress Firm not only has the best offerings/beds, its reps have deep knowledge. Yes, they believe in what they are selling, and do sell, but refused to deprecate competitors, which was not the case when we visited competitors' establishments.

I spoke with John who confirmed he had two box spring mattresses and also wanted to assure me of their quality. I appreciated that. These are for a camp and a spare bedroom where no one would be sleeping regularly. He wanted to be sure I understood these were not meant for every day use but assured me they would fit our needs. We rolled up a few hours later and had them loaded within minutes. I HIGHLY recommend using Mattress Firm and John. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.
