There is this one woman who was supper discriminatory and rude. When I went there there was no AC she seemed having lost her patience and unstable, but that should not be the reason for her to aim at a person “not american” like me to pour out her anger during the day. I was an international student at Middlebury college student so it was obvious that I have accent. First, she showed no effort to write my name and my sister’s name (the recipient) correctly. She noted down so quickly though I warned her people often make mistakes with my name. Each time I asked her to correct she got mad at me and here was what she said “that was obviously not what you sounded like”, “did you go to college?” “Great job you finally sound right”, “so do you want to finish this or not?” She was so unstable that she even had to ask her colleague to “finish this client for me”. And with him it went smooth. He said sorry to me for her behavior. Well, she could have had a bad day, but I dont care. I should not have had to be her target as soon as I walked in and talked to her with my accent to get the anger she has got for the day.

I've come in here a couple times to get paintings shipped. The shipping is great, done really well, staff is also great, but if you're looking to get something scanned I would suggest looking elsewhere. I had several paintings/drawings scanned and all of them had a fog over them, some of them you just can't see sections of the drawings. I have had to photoshop all of the scans so if you don't already have a history in photoshop you might have to pay extra for them to photoshop it for you. But they are great for shipping!

Joshua and his team made the drop off experience quick and easy. Furthermore, everything was delivered in a timely manner in perfect condition as it had been packaged with great care. The Middlebury UPS Store is one of the largest in the United States. The first floor is for shipping and mailboxes plus you can buy boxes, tape and shipping supplies. The second floor is full of office supplies and copy machines. The staff is incredibly friendly and are always willing to go the extra mile to help their customers.
