Since this was first time in Service I did not know that 1 could just drive up to service door and enter, and those who did could get started faster than me - how am I to know? I had a job that I was told that required 40 minutes, so I knew I could keep a scheduled appt., but my "time" was 65 minutes. Why bother with appointments when it is "first come, first serve"?

Kurt, the service manager was very informative & explained everything! As I waited for service to work on my car I test drove 2019 Equinox, the sales lady was very nice & was very thorough about the vehicle, which I'm hoping to purchase. Everyone that worked there that I interacted with was very pleasant!
