DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! If you have to buy from this dealership, come with your own loan already set up. I had the absolute worst experience buying my car. I will be the first to admit that my credit was not where I would want it but knowing the rate I fought for and ended up receiving in the end, the original quote I had was a slap in the face. I was not provided options for which company my loan was with (which we have had with buying my husband's car from a different Car Pros dealership), I was initially provided a sheet with three payment amounts based on my down payment. Nowhere in sight was there an interest rate or stating where the loan was from. I asked what the interest rate was, the salesman came back after talking with his manager, and it was 9.9%. After pushing looking into adding my husband (putting an unnecessary hit on his credit score) they got it to around 6%. We then asked to go with our credit union and magically they were able to find me a 4.24% rate BY MYSELF with my credit union. They did not do their due diligence to find the best rate for me and then during financing they states "the credit union you went with is a preferred partner", why in the world would they have not checked with their preferred partners when helping customers get rates? They were also deceptive when working through the financing that the 4.24% is not the actual rate but never stating what it "would have been", even though it was on all the paper work. I am grateful that my husband was there to question and am horrified in what would have happened if we didn't ask questions to reduce the rate by 5.66. They do not care about you as a person at all and I have had much better experiences when I was with my husband who has bought cars elsewhere. I will actively tell anyone looking to buy a Hyundai to stay far away from the Renton location. I love my car, but it truly ruined buying my very own first car.

Great service! Big thanks to Andy and the whole team of service professionals. Nice perk: they will call you a Lyft to get you to anywhere within a reasonable area. What's reasonable? I'm not sure, I was hoping for a loaner vehicle, I thought that was reasonable. I was wrong though. I gotta say again; great service and very honest too. It would be nice to have more people to answer the phone, but that's the same with all gigs of phone CS. One more time; great service, honest folks!

The worst customer experience ever. The managers on the dealership have multiple times changed terms that were promised. Recommend to never buy a car from this dealership. After more than 2 months of delay in delivery of vehicle, the sales person never communicating with updates, backed off from promises/ commitments made. I would recommend to not buy car from the dealership and even if you buy, make sure to record every single conversation with the salesperson and managers. Get everything in writing. My new Tucson has scratches. The manager has said they will file a claim with the trucking company and get back to me with refunds if any. I know they are lying yet again and are not giving the same in writing. Have made multiple complains with Hyundai company regarding the experience, so far have heard nothing. Never coming back to this dealership. Wish we had negative stars for such dealerships.

Just ok to get services here, because they have mechanics to repair or take other problems of car. But that's it. I asked to a service department employee when I should get other service soon, they gave me a piece of paper and said it shows you. So I asked WHEN I should take other services, and they said I have to make an appointment then they will take care of car. So I am thinking I have to have problems then they will take care, not before I have problems. It was not a responsible and professional answer. However Dealers are nice and kind, but they don't have enough to sell cars in stocks, pretty empty. Only one thing I like here, they have a big, wide, clean and nice waiting room.

Sorry, no experience. However I would think about $50-75 since it's similar to a regular oil change. More expensive fluid and waste disposal.
