Outstanding staff, especially with power outages. Today was a fierce windstorm and I lost power in my area. They had it back up in most areas in about an hour and a half, but my area was still without power. I was worried that it would be a freezing night and I have no alternate heat. But they got it fixed within the next hour, long before dark. The house temp was still 69 and the fridge only rose 5 degrees inside, being kept closed the whole time. This really gives us customers peace of mind, especially during the cold spring we are having with nights in the 30's.

My bill quadrupled this winter...From $55 to $220 (Last bill) ...I'm a snowbird( Low thermostat in winter 45 degrees)...After having my handyman and Peninsula Heat check all my systems... for $300 plus ....Turns out , when they put the new meters in they put in a meter that was hooked up to another address (Software?) This has gone on for 5 months.. They continued to blame me for high usage...Finally called Ray (Supervisor) who had Chris (Meter man) check the meter ....WRONG METER for my address.. I kept telling them this started when they installed the new meters.. No they said , there had to be something running in my house or old meter didn't work right , new meters work fine... ..... Turns out I have been paying someone elses bill who is a winter resident... I live in Sequim and Fred Schwartz is my google name for privacy... Just a warning if your bill has changed... BETTER CHECK THE NEW METER, the reading might be from someone elses address...... We shall see if I'm reimbursed....Good luck

Our power went out today in a Sequim neighborhood. On day 94 of April! I called, figured it would be hours! Nope 1.5 hours they were working on it, within another 30 minutes it was restored. They even came out to our house to inform us of power restoration. Thanks guys. June 26th hottest day of the year the whole town of Sequim without power. Your website tells US? TO BE PREPARED? Hello. Power provider. You be prepared.

This company is horrible and never in anyway works with you. The tellers are super rude if the even do answer the phone. And the disconnect you without mail, email or just a phone call. They want you to be disconnect and that’s obviously. And they close at 4:30 so good luck getting it on When your off work and we’re never notified. How is it legal to shut off a person with zero contact?!?!?

I live out on Diamond point - got a urgent text that we severely limit water useage Wed 11/7/18 due to sewer problems. Has this been resolved?

Here is the message that was sent out. You should receive a follow up message when the alert is over. This message is regarding a WATER CONSERVATION ALERT in the Sunshine Acres 1 Sewer System on Wednesday November 7th.Due to a pump malfunction in the Sunshine Acres 1 Sewer System, the PUD is asking all customers to begin conserving water wherever possible effective immediately. Our goal is to reduce the amount of wastewater entering the collections system as much as possible until further notice. We are working to resolve the problem within the next 2 days.Thank you for your patience. If you have questions, please contact the PUD at 360-452-9771.

Power went out at the Dungeness area of Sequim. Everytime I call the outage report # I get a beep and disconnects me. Come on PUD let people know what's happening.

I am a homeowner on E Bay St behind Safeway. In the box at the street is a lockable shuttoff valve, a meter, an S-bend pipe, a pressure-reducing regulator, and another gate valve shutoff. At which component does PUD ownership end and mine begin?

PUD ownership ends at the brass nipple protruding from the downstream (customer side) of the water meter box typically 18-24 inches below grade.
