The atmosphere was typical Chili's. There was a patron on a call with H&R Block he was talking so loud I think they could hear him outside, I think he was a regular. I had this Texas option it came with a brisket quesadilla, and cheddar jalapeno sausage. Sausage was under cooked. Was cold when it got to the table. Quesadilla jad cheese, but it was not melted. I got it for the corn on the cob that came with it. Spices were good. But the corn was dried out. I should have known better. But, after a long day we just wanted to eat. Google maps sent us here when we searched "wings only."

My ribs were TERRIBLE! Don't know if it were the ribs themselves or the sauce I selected. But I don't plan on coming here again. $23+ down the drain! On a more positive note, our server was extremely nice.

Went to Chili’s last night in Niagara falls and had a great experience! There was nine of us and our waitress was Jenna and she was terrific! Didn’t wait for a thing,she was on her game that’s for sure! She was so pleasant and sweet. Being in the restaurant business I appreciate great service and a friendly server and she nailed it! The hostess Madison was super friendly and very accommodating also.

I got the meal for 2 to go. Ordered the Margarita grilled chicken as I usually do for myself. It was the worst meal ever. The chicken was dry and discolored as seen in the photos added. There was no pico sauce or anything on it, just dry tortilla chips. I threw most of it out. I tipped for this? First time ever I had such a bad meal at Chili's. Probably the last.
