I could not be happier with the quality of work and phenomenal customer service Ryan provides! My custom made ring I've had for 20+ years snap and broke. I thought there was no chance for repair. But Ryan was able to fix it and it looks like it's brand new again! I appreciate his attention to detail and careful efforts with such a special piece. super friendly. stopped in there to get a battery replaced. gentleman there was very friendly and let me know the watch was solar battery. offered to fix / replace if watch didnt work going forward. i would go back for all my watch needs.
