Today is 4/21/22. I'm here at Kay Jewlers and there not open. There business hours says they open at 11am. It's 11:10am. No one is here and the gate is down. We needed to talk to someone about jewelry we purchased yesterday. We waited until 12:30pm and it was stil not open.
