I'll never buy Sketches again. I've purchased at least 15 pairs of Sketchers in my life, and none have the greatest wear, but that's the price you sometimes pay for a very comfortable pair of shoes. Well I purchased 2 pair of sandles, and one of those pair wore out super quickly. I had them just over 2 months and they not only wore out the bottoms but all the straps started ripping & the velcro separated from the leather. These were $79.00! I returned them to the Sketchers store & John the Ast Mgr said he couldn't warranty them because they were well worn. Well duh? That's why I brought them back. I asked to speak with his mgr & he said he's off & couldn't be reached. The other pair of sandles that I purchased the same day are wearing fine. I'll never go back there or buy Sketchers again. They might be comfortable but are overpriced & made of cheap materials that wear way too quickly to be worth the high price they charge.

I came in here on a whim looking for some comfortable ballet flats. They didn't have what I wanted but I walked out with 3 pairs of boots/booties. I didn't even realize sketchers made leather ankle boots. Two were on clearance and an amazing price I couldn't pass up. The store was super clean and organized. They also had a selection of wide shoes for women,which is so hard to find in stores! Shoe shopping online is difficult with weird shaped feet like me, so buying and trying on in store is appreciated. I'll check back in towards the spring for Ballet flats.
