10 out of 10 service. I was not able to put my GPU in my rig myself, they hooked me up with an extra PCI-E Cable and gave me the best deal around. I highly recommend you stop by if you are in dire need as I was. I myself will be returning.

Regrettably I can’t put zero stars. I took an external drive to this store and informed the kid that the file was locked via .bat and now failed to open. He elected to take a look at the drive and inform me by telephone later if there was anything they could do and what the cost would be. In about an hour the same kid phoned me and informed me that it would be 350 dollars to unlock my file. They were requesting my authorization to proceed and I declined. When I came to pick up the drive the kid charged me 40 dollars for service. I asked why he failed to disclose the 40 dollar charge at the time I delivered the drive. He claimed it was common sense that when a service is provided a charge will be incurred. However, he called to gain permission to perform the service AND I DECLINED. Now at home , unlocking the file myself I have discovered that the drive claims to be empty. There is however 944 gigabytes of intel on this drive. This is not the way I delivered it. After doing some digging I have recovered the folder locker and it was deliberately hidden by this company . The evidence of this is that the visual removal of this folder from the drive is only possible by running a command prompt and selecting to hide the files within this drive. This was incontrovertibly done deliberately by this company to attempt to force me into a position to pay for their service.

The screen to my laptop was damaged while it was in the shop and they refuse to take responsibility. When I dropped it off the hinge on the laptop was broken so the monitor was visible and I know 1000% there was no damage to it. When I picked it up and asked about it he said oh it’s glue or a burning. This laptop is used by my 12-year-old who doesn’t have adhesives like that and doesn’t smoke. This clearly happened at the shop while they were replacing the back cover however they would not accept responsibility. In addition the laptop was there for more than a month waiting for the part and they never called to update me I had to continue to call for updates because there was absolutely no communication for them. Very poor service.

As far as I can tell the procedures are the same most everywhere sanitize but definitely keep your mask on and keep a 6 foot distance otherwise its just like a normal shopping experience.
