We recently had a bathroom upstairs flood into our two story home causing alot of water damage. After waking up at 1am and realizing what was going on our insurance instructed us to call serv pro. Dispatch said they would arrive closer to 6am, but the team showed up within hours. I was astonished at how quickly JJ and his team jumped right into action setting up equipment, moving furniture and other items to reduce water damage. He was extremely professional in explaining the beginning stages of the process. Ove the course of two weeks while my home dried out I worked directly with a handful of people: Brent, who was our project manager who showed up on time and inspected our home day after day. Michael and Mason helped managed the contents packing and demo. They were amazing. Michael went above and beyond in ensuring that our home was in the best hands possible. His knowledge in this field were very reassuring. Mason answered all questions i had and also helped monitor damage daily. Sarah helped manage our contents packing. Her and her team handled all of our items with the at most care, packing fragile items and communicating on our progress. We had our poor pet kitty in the home and she went out of her way to make sure that he was safe in my daughters room while all of the demo took place. Joelle was the tech who came out to remove the last bit of equipment from our home and was great at communicating the things to look for. I have heard horror stories about these companies, but the puyallup serv pro team really handled our situation with professionalism and the best care and customer service. I wish Statefarm had the amount of professionalism and excellent customer service. Serv pro is currently holding our furniture in storage until our repairs are complete. Shout out to all of those who we worked with at Serv pro for such great customer service! Our bill wasnt crazy expensive either. Definitely hire them if you need services like these.

My bath tub on the second floor overflowed and leaked into the ceiling below. I called Servpro because my parents had use them for some water damage they experienced at their home in Nevada. JJ and Eduardo were very professional and friendly from the beginning. They helped me move some furniture out of the way, so that we were able to have ample walking space after they set up the drying tent. They worked very quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone who experienced similar damage.

We suffered a water pipe break on the third floor of our church with all three floors being flooded. Servpro arrived from 90 miles away in less than 24 hours (New Years holiday weekend in snow storm) with crew of three, truck and equipment. National crew of 10 arrived three days later with more equipment. They worked 10 hours a day for eight days to empty damaged rooms, dry out building and remove damaged sheetrock. Facility fully ready for reconstruction when they were done. Most professional, courteous and hard working crew I have ever seen. They were very informative, and considerate, working around church services the next weekend. This was the most impressive experience I have ever had with a company!!! I very highly recommend this company.
