This was my first time bringing my rabbit in for a vet exam. Dr. Morris seemed knowledgeable and I was happy with the efficiency of the exam. Austin was great at holding the rabbit firmly so that Dr. Morris could exam her, but also keeping her relaxed, which I appreciated. I have had some issues before with long waits even with appointments, but today we were seen right on time and the exam and treatment plan were efficient while still being thorough.

We found a gem. Our 1 year old pup was having ear problems and wanted to get treatment asap. Our primary veterinarian and had no appointments available so we started looking locally. After getting the same no response several times I recalled a vet right up the road from our home. When I called Affordable Pet Hospital they said sorry nothing today but first thing tomorrow, OK we’ll take it. Within a few minutes we knew this is a good choice. Dr. Morris and vet technician Patricia were fabulous, true professionals. Diagnosed, treated and everything explained clearly. A serious condition yet felt confident everything will be OK. Don’t hesitate, go there you won’t be disappointed.

I've been taking my dog here for years. I feel like they've changed and the quality of the overall service has decreased. They don't get a good history on my dog anymore. I never hear basic questions like: is your dog eating well, drinking okay, taking any medications? As far as I know, a thorough history should be important, but not in this hospital (at least not during the past 1.5 years). Technicians are nice, but should be careful when talking "in the back" because customers can hear them in the lobby. (Yes, I chose X prevention over Y prevention because it is cheaper, now everyone in the lobby knows about it). Advice for clients: please make sure you have all your meds before you leave. Ask for a printed receipt and don't wait for the emailed receipt, and check line by line that you have everything they are charging you for. In my case, the technician forgot one medication and I noticed when I got home after a long, long drive. I'm sad to say I've become increasingly disappointed with my experiences here.
