Bad customer service and it's been the worst nightmare for the last couple weeks trying to fix things.. I switched from Metro PCS which I had for over 12 years.. have never had a problem with them. Then switched to Comcast to combine plans with my girlfriend and our internet. It was the worst mistake of my life.. been a headache. First I wasn't able to receive text messages, changed number to resolve, then I cant call customer service at either Comcast or Google, like the numbers do not exist and I've tried multiple times.. went into another xfinity store and instead of resolving the issue, he gives me a loophole to another number to call.. well, I've had this new phone for a couple weeks now and haven't been able to get anywhere. I am going to switch back to MetroPCS and get an iPhone so I don't have to ever deal with Comcast or Google again. I highly suggest you do the same. Now I have to start from scratch because both companies have not only fallen short but there are no problem solvers.. I feel like I was robbed and phone security is at stake. Get an iPhone so you don't have to go through what I am and don't get your phone service through Comcast.. I wish I never switched over!

0 star. Went in to pick up new modem/router equipment and the store representative name Leo completely screwed up my account. The entire account disconnected instead just added an new equipment and change my name on the account. Spent the next 4 hours on the phone going through 4 different agents who also reconnect and disconnected the account again. Worst experience with Xfinity as always.

Excellent Service! Calling customer service gave us a deal with unlimited internet 600 speed for 95$ We went to the store to trade our modem and got a better deal of unlimited internet 1200 speed for 80$ Topher was knowledgeable, friendly, patient with all our questions and it only took him about 5 mins to make the changes we needed. We were greeted by everyone the minute we walked in. I told him I was surprised by our amazing experience because of all the bad reviews on google and he mentioned they have all new staff now. I will never again call Xfinity customer service, I will always head to this store!

Every time I have been to the store I have been seen in 15 minutes or less. I have been able to pick exactly what plan/services I wanted with quick & accurate service by the team. I have been unhappy with Xfinity in the past, but at least, this store has treated my needs accurately and honestly. Hopefully all customers get this service as well.

Xfinity store really only does sales and do not help existing customers except to take payment. You'll have to call customer service and wait on hold for 45 mins. Or maybe there is a way to order a new one through one of the FOUR xfinity apps they recommend you download. But I doubt that would be easy to figure out. Good Luck!!🤷♀️
Yes it was a scheduled system update or whatever. Really crazy they decided to announce to the world through the app that ALL of their systems would be down which included full home security features for all customers in our area. Guess what? My cameras haven't been sending a signal since the update early this morning. That's DANGEROUS. Hope no one experienced any crime last night!!
