hello to all the drivers I recommend not being late to this place, I had problems as it can happen to any of you and they delayed delivery 5 days later, incredible 5 days later, these animals believe that the drivers are also living animals alone and have no family, I do not think they are considered at all, but what I say are animals, lucky friend (((drivers)))

I ordered 4 boxes of coffee pods and received 3. I called and talked to Stephanie who was extremely helpful and said they would send the 4th box right away. It came in 2 days and I was very pleased with the outcome. Thank you so much.

Maybe it’s all in your approach or it was my lucky day. Had a 09:00 appointment on a Wednesday, checked in at 08:17 got a dock right away and they started unloading just a few minutes later. Empty and rollin at 09:13

AVOID THIS RECEIVER IF YOU CAN....THEY ARE VERY SLOW TO GET YOU INTO DOOR....EVEN SLOWER TO GET YOU UNLOADED ONCE YOUR IN DOOR....PATHETIC TO SAY THE LEAST...I'LL NEVER SHOP AT OFFICE DEPOT AGAIN....NEVER.!!!!

This could have been a picking error. I'm sure it was not a substitute as they do not practice that. It can easily be rectified by contacting customer service and the correct item will be replaced and sent to you in 24 hours.
If you ordered on line and the Kent DC is the closest one to you that might be where it's from. Other than that I would say get a hold of their world head quarters in Florida
