I would give this store a zero if I could! The sales staff, Angel, purple hair, talks fast about products as well as over you as she repeats the same thing over and over again. Worst condescending attitude. Even when you address her bad attitude she continues to talk over you. Completely rude, will not come back. Amazingly, they wanted 200 dollars for their products, I went online and found the same for 25 dollars! On top of being rude, they are running a scam as well!

We have been very happy with Aquaquip. We had never had a hot tub before, and they were a great help educating us and getting the water balanced. We had them put in an above ground heated pool a couple of years ago - Andre was very helpful and knowledgeable and guided us through everything. Whenever we go to the store they are always very helpful and we feel they take good care of us.

My wife and I have been in the market for sometime for a new hot tub. As anyone can tell you it is exhausting, Researching brands, reviewing stores and trying to find a place where our patronage is valued and customer service was a priority. Once we settled on our brand we felt there was only one place to buy it, Aquaquip in Covington Washington. We based our decision on several factors but ultimately the choice was solidified by the way we were treated by Andre. He was patient, informative and offered a wealth of experience that ensured both my wife and I that we made the right choice in our selection. The incredible service we experienced during the sale has never fallen off from the mountain of questions we have asked, the incredible service we have been given by John in their service department and the entire team when I call with “newbie” questions. In a world where many companies have become very “transactional” it has been a breath of fresh air dealing with Andre and the team at the Covington store. We have always felt valued and appreciated. In closing, If you have a hot tub and need a place to get advice or want to take advantage of their “auto ship” chemical program or you are needing advice on the possibility of buying your very own spa. I would urge you to make a call, stop by and let Andre and his team remind you what being appreciated as a customer feels like.

I was nervous looking at hot tubs for the first time with my wife as I expected some high pressure sales person to push us into a hot tub we didn't really want or wasn't right for us. That was the opposite experience that we received. Andre was amazing and asked us lots of questions about what we were looking for in a hot tub for our home. He was very straight forward and made the whole process actually fun and easy to understand. Long story short, we got a great hot tub we love and communication along the way was excellent. Highly recommend Andre and Aqua Quip.

Hi Trish, thanks for the inquiry! We do not however dig trenches - we do have in-house electricians for wiring hot tubs, but if a trench is necessary then it would need to be in place before our electrical team gets on site. The trench will typically be dug by the homeowner or a landscape service.
