The ladies were very unprofessional. They laughed while saying there was no cars. They have no customer service skills.

Ghetto. Unprofessional and literally the worst I wouldn’t recommend anyone getting a rental from this place. Made a reservation two days prior and when I get there they say they don’t have enough cars to rent out. How inconvenient!

I came to pick up my car and they canceled my reservation. They say they can’t give a car for same day reservation. This is place is so unprofessional! And this place is so grouse.

They canceled my reservation for the class car I had chosen that was advertised on their site at the very last second forcing me to use a further location. I hope triple A partners with a different rental company.
