Called and a lady asked if i could be there at a certain time, I told her yes and then she told me to hold so that she could confirm with others!! Was placed on hold for 10-15 minutes about a car rental! Then someone disconnected the phone!!

The car I picked up in Maryland smelled of cigarettes right when I got it. Also the car was not cleaned well. Smudges all over the windows and dirt all over the outside of the car. With covid I thought the interior would be spotless. So I cleaned the inside myself. Other than that I had a great experience with enterprise.

I rented a truck from the White Marsh store. It's the only store I deal with. They are friendly, courteous, professional, patient and reliable. My vehicle was clean and drove like a dream.
