I would like to appreciate one of the employees there. His name is Cory I believe. Such a nice guy he is. I walked in when it was empty inside and Cory greeted me nicely as soon a stepped in the store. The sweetness in his tone was very heart warming. Cory has beyond A plus customer service. I hope he reads this and gets motivated to keep his customer service going like this. Thanks Cory

Pretty good service most of the time. Occasionally my order is not correct once I get it bit by then it's too late because I have left the store.

Wanted coffee this morning. Waited for a while through the drive through. The woman on the speaker was very rude. She spoke through the speaker to us first but did say good morning or I’ll be with you in a moment. We said good morning to her 3 times. Do you believe She actually elevated her and “ GOOD MORNINGGGGGGG!!!!! Wait a minuteeee!!!” But wait, she originally started talking first. I’ll never go back. I pulled completely off after that. Not giving my hard earned money to any business that treats their customers this way. It’s the audacity for me.

Always a hit or miss at this location got the avocado toast with bacon They are NEVER consistent First bread NOT toasted it is called avocado toast. Bacon COLD not crispy not broken up into piece 2 strips 2 folded the other split. I have this item at other locations and the whole idea of it is to be crunchy crispy and flavorful and HOT. As usual at this location had to ask for napkins this location is so.cheesy and cheap. They pinch every penney I have to stop going here as well they are slow..They are in a great location for a new better managed Dunkin Donuts. I went to Owings. Mills 2 weeks ago and they were great. Dogwood Road I'm finished
