I'll start off by saying the manager was very nice and tried to accommodate us. Upon going to the room it was dirty, the air conditioner had dead spiders on it, desk dusty, bathroom tub was dirty. We realized the toilet didn't flush a couple hours after being there, called front desk they stated maintenance was gone for the night, we offered to come get the plunger and plunge the toilet ourselves. But they realized that the maintenance guy took the key to the closet, we had to wait until morning, we had to go to the lobby to use the bathroom wich was not close to our room. The guy came the next morning after calling for 2 hours with a plunger without a bag covering it he plunged the toilet made a mess splattering stuff around the bathroom I gave him a bag so he would not track the plunger with toilet water through our room. He closed the bathroom door and said housekeeping will come clean it. When she arrived she couldn't get into the bathroom it's was jammed, maintenance came back to open the door and told us not to close the door all they way because it needs to be fixed. Upon talking to the manager he changed our rooms, which was a little better but it was directly behind our old room and the toilet bubbled several times. The last morning we where there getting ready to leave and it was 2 roaches crawling up the wall, and no they where not stink bugs. I would not eat any thing there because of the roaches, which was in more then one room

I will begin by saying the staff was very nice and helpful! However, the stay was well below expectations. They advertise a “hot breakfast” but only hot elements were a toaster and a waffle iron. Had they called it a continental breakfast there would be no complaints as they offered a variety of pastries, bagels, cereal, fruit and yogurt. The room experience was horrible! We paid for a non-smoking room which reeked of cigarette smoke so we were moved. Shortly after being in the new room we began to smell marijuana coming through the vents - this occurred several more times throughout the night/morning before we checked out. The AC unit was incapable of cooling the room to a comfortable temperature. Our infant slept in only a diaper and woke up very sweaty. Other noticeable issues was a stained washcloth, a broken sink stopper, a filthy ice bucket which we decided best to leave unused even with the liner! Even for an affordable stay, this was very disappointing.

Positive: Friendly and professional staff. Quiet, comfortable room. Complimentary breakfast. A Wonderful Lady runs the food service! Negative: Needed A Luggage Cart. Suggest Adding Dairy Free options and Protein Choices such as Boiled Eggs to the fabulous spread that included delicious waffles would take the breakfast to the next level for those with dietary allergies and carb restrictions.

Rooms: spacious, comfortable...appears clean. We found a flossing tool on the floor near the bed which means they only vacuum when the floor looks dirty. There were random black stains on the desk and bed..found out the hard way while ironing because the stains transfered onto the clothes. Additionally, our non-smoking room smelled like smoke, A LOT especially in the bed sheets soooo they probably weren't washed. Other than the lack of cleanliness, good AC, the TV had a lot of channels (no guide though), the curtains were thick to keep the sun out, comfy pillows and bedding. They have a mini fridge and microwave as well. Service: great, helpful and pleasant. Location: for people who drive it's fine, for people who don't drive, you have to walk along a busy road from the bus stop to the hotel. Amenities: pool! I saw a lifeguard chair but no life guard. The water is pretty deep, even the shallow end because the water levels are sometimes high so keep an eye on the kids. But this means it's also a great place for adept swimmers. Gym! Small but good. The size will only be an issue if it's crowded. Otherwise it has machines to work most muscles - thighs, butt, abs, shoulders, back, biceps, and triceps. (See photo) there's also a water cooler in the gym to refill your bottles. Bar! They've got a bar near the lobby with an excellent DJ! They also have a bunch of TVs in there to watch sports. Breakfast¡ yeah...I mean it's food...if you're looking for luxury this is not it. The best they have going for them is a Waffle maker which might be a lot of fun for kids. All in all I'd go back...if the second time I visig that room isn't clean as well then I'll know for sure it wasn't a fluke and that's their standard.
