I highly recommend you DO NOT get this apartment. They gave my friend a mold infested apartment. Then the leasing manager had an attitude because She said something about it. The rent was not prorated until the 2nd month,, the parking is horrible make you pay 20$ a month for parking and your apartment building is all the way down the street from your car. The inside of the building smells like wet dog, the carpet is BLACK i believe it’s suppose to be light brown I don’t know. The apartment complex doors are suppose to lock. Her door don’t even shut behind you. Not secure at all. When I first moved in the neighbors said that they didn’t have hot water for a week. It’s a lot of bugs which is reasonable because she’s around woods. It’s holes in the wall that they haven’t patched up so yes there is a pest problem. Just find somewhere else to live please

If you are looking for a place to stay look elsewhere. I don't know if it's baltimore, maryland, or the region in general but coming from the south to stay here a while, it's real bad and I don't know how they haven't gotten sued more. Mystery charges, paid parking that isn't enforced properly, rodent infestations, cutting corners on repairs, bad response times to repairs, lack of security for thefts, excuses for it being this bad, you name it this place probably has it and all for the bargain price of mortgage prices. Look anywhere else but here.

For 12 -1500 dollars a month how about the water be on SOMETIMES? at least for a week straight. How about security doors that actually close. A staff that's actually pleasant, courteous and helpful. 2 elevators. No roaches in the common area. Advanced notice when yall cut the water off. Not sending the notice after the waters been cut off to act like it was done in advanced. Just care. And when you make mistakes be accountable. People are paying mortgage prices and everyone is miserable. Wasn't this way when Michelle was here which is literally why I moved back just to pay to be in a living nightmare. I'm saving to move and will be breaking my lease soon. The legal way or paying my money to escrow until things are fixed In here. Oh and actually have the maintenance men come back when they say they are instead of never coming and then writing completed on the ticket online. And I have so many times I've called to complain about this had Tessa tell me she was putting tickets in. Never did then when I call back to see why they never came she says "there's no ticket placed" BECAUSE YOU SAID YOU WOULD PUT IT IN and NEVER DID. DUH LOL. anyway just do better. We strongly dislike it here. Even people that were here for 20 years are leaving on account of this new staff. That should speak volumes.

Moved into the apartment in late September. We were under the impression that this would be a “newly renovated” unit, when it in fact is NOT renovated. Move in checklist was pretty long because of so many issues in the apartment off the jump. And to top it all off, our oven did not even work AND still hasn’t been fixed to this day (it’s now the END of November) after putting in numerous maintenance requests and speaking with staff on many different occasions but they just give you the run around and brush you off. No apology, no compensation, no nothing, but yet they expect you to pay rent on time..complete joke. The apartment is decent to say the least but God forbid you need any maintenance work done, they’ll take months to address your issue and then look at you crazy when you complain about it. Luckily we haven’t had any issues with bugs or rodents or anything but my experience here has just been very unpleasant. The main door to the building does not lock, leaving access to just about anyone to enter the building..in fact the other night I opened my apartment door to find a random lady (homeless I guess?) sleeping on the floor outside of my apartment which is actually pretty uncomfortable for me…imagine opening your door at 1am to find a homeless person on the other side smh. No security whatsoever. For the money they charge it’s definitely not worth it at all. I’d suggest spending a few extra dollars and living somewhere else where the residents are actually a priority.
